Best Chinese Buffet in The Area They have such a large variety of foods and they are always hot and service is excellent. You will love it. I enjoy the sushi. Always fresh.
Hokkaido is a place that I've gone several times with my family. It's definitely kid friendly and very relaxed and casual. They offer military discounts and it's a large selection of food at the buffet. Unfortunately, about a 1/3 of the buffet is salad toppings and desserts Add a lot of items seem to be the same every day. They used to have it where they would change the menu every couple of days so the referral menus a week, but I haven't seen that for a very long time. It just seems like the same stuff over and over for the last couple of years. After coming in and getting sat at your table, I'll take your drink order and then you grab your food. They promptly take away, finished buffet plates, and provide you with your check when you ask. The people working there have always been in a good mood and friendly . It's definitely a place that you can just jump in to for a quick buffet and out again, and not pay too much for it. My only complaint is that some of the food has gotten really oily and greasy, and the items at the buffet are quite repetitive. I would like to go to the buffet and find something besides the same thing every single time I go. If you don't mind the same things over and over then this is for you. Because of this, though, I found myself having to look at other buffets.
Still stopping here pretty much every couple weeks since I have found that the squid and shrimp are only on weekend buffets. Busier on weekendsso the food turn over is quicker = hotter food. Now of course the price is higher than weekdays. I do enjoy the head on salt/pepper shrimp and the clams along with the squid but you gotta watch it with the clams since these are in the shell there can be some sand/grit so be weary of that.
